Keith was appointed President and CEO in January 2006. Prior to that he held positions of Executive VP, Director of Vertical Business Units and VP of Sales and Marketing. He led the business units, overseeing the development and sales of solutions for all vertical markets. Keith is an expert in developing and marketing predictive analysis based solutions and has been driving the delivery of innovative solutions for 17 years to more than 1000 companies. He became part of the team in 1999 when ProModel acquired Sim-Tech, a simulation and scheduling solutions provider company Keith founded 1989. Prior to starting Sim-Tech he worked as an Application Sales Engineer for 5 years marketing computer-based code dating, bar coding and data collection equipment. Keith received a B.S. in Applied Science and Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Daniel K. Hickman is Chief Technology Officer of ProModel Corporation a leading provider of simulation-based, decision making solutions for enterprise performance improvement. Dan was named CTO in January 2007, assuming full management responsibility for delivering on the company's mission of enterprise decision modeling through predictive simulation solutions. Dan has a real passion for creating software that facilitates strategic decision-making.
In July 2002, he was promoted to Director of New Products, a role that gave him day-to-day responsibility for running development of new products at ProModel. Prior to that, Dan had been involved in several ProModel divisions, including consulting, product development, sales and support. In 1999, before joining ProModel, Dan founded CadreSoft Corporation. Embedding ProModel technology, CadreSoft innovated new approaches to solving capacity problems through simulation.
Dan received his BS in Industrial and Manufacturing Technology from Western Michigan University.
Jim Tilney is the Chief Financial Officer, as well as the Board Secretary and Treasurer for ProModel Corporation. Jim is responsible for all finance, accounting, and human resources operations. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 21 years of finance, accounting, budgeting, strategic planning, and acquisitions experience. Prior to joining ProModel Corporation in 2012, Jim held senior positions in public accounting and at privately-held corporations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Philadelphia University and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.
Carl has been involved in engineering solutions for more than 20 years and has been with ProModel since 2000. In his current role as Vice President and General Manager, Carl manages a team of Business Development Specialists and Consultants that provide consulting and simulation-based technology solutions to manufacturing companies and the US Government. During his tenure at ProModel, Carl has delivered innovative solutions to clients such as US Navy, IBM, United Technologies, Hewlett Packard, MBNA, Gillette, CISCO, and Novartis. As the Program Manager for the US Army Force Generation project Carl is providing senior leadership to the Army Transformation process.
Prior to joining ProModel, Carl was the Director of Engineering and New Business Development at General Dynamics where he was responsible for the design and construction of nuclear submarines. During his 13-year tenure with General Dynamics, Carl was recognized on numerous occasions by the US Navy for his efforts in bringing the latest technology to the Navy's submarine fleet. Carl earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Curtis was named Vice-President and General Manager of ProModel Life Sciences Solutions in 2005. Prior to this, he was VP and General Manager of ProModel Consulting Services since 2003. In his first four years with ProModel, Kurtis was the Senior Consultant and Manager of Consulting Services for ProModel's Pharmaceutical Vertical. Before joining ProModel in 1999, he was an integral principle of a very successful simulation software consulting and sales business. Over his career Kurtis has personally worked with more than 200 different companies and created 400 solutions in most every industry where simulation could be applied. Kurtis started his career as an automation and robotics design engineer, after receiving his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) in May of 1985.
Bruce Gladwin is currently serving as Vice President of Consulting Services, with oversight responsibility for ProModel's Consulting and Customer Service operations. He has 20 years experience in simulation of manufacturing and logistics systems. He has been with ProModel Corporation for over 11 years. He recently re-joined ProModel after 5 years with General Electric. In his first term with ProModel, Bruce was a product manager for the ServiceModel and ProcessModel simulation products.
Before returning to ProModel, Bruce completed a Six Sigma Black Belt assignment for GE Power Systems. He also worked in the Manufacturing and Business Process Laboratory at GE's Global Research Center. His work at GE focused on the application of Six Sigma quality methods to analyze and improve manufacturing and business processes.
Bruce received a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona, and an MBA from Brigham Young University. His principle areas of expertise include modeling, analysis and optimization of manufacturing, logistics, and business processes through discrete-event simulation.
Charley founded ProModel in 1988 and was the original developer of the Company’s simulation technology. Today he serves on the Board of Directors and remains actively involved in new product development, acting as chief technology advisor. Charley’s area of interest and expertise is in manufacturing systems and simulation. He has worked in engineering positions for Ford Motor Company and the Eaton Corporation.
Charley is an associate professor of Engineering and Technology at Brigham Young University. He received his B.S. from Brigham Young University, M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Utah and Ph.D. in Manufacturing Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. Charley is the principal author of several simulation books and has given numerous presentations on manufacturing system design and simulation. He is a senior member of IIE and SME.
